Burro e olio al tartufo bianco e nero, sale con trito di tartufo profumatissimo sono indispensabili per realizzare ad esempio: tagliatelle mantecate con burro al tartufo bianco , crostini miele tartufato e pecorino, omelette al sale e tartufo nero.

Non mancano incursioni in altre amate regioni italiane quali Toscana, Veneto, Trentino, Marche, Abruzzo.
Abbiamo anche un'occhio di riguardo per le bollicine, in particolare Franciacorta e Champagne.
